Many community groups and charitable organisations, such as the Salvos, rely on the funding supplied by clubs and pubs to carry out their important work.  Each year, clubs mobilise countless community volunteers and provide millions of dollars directly to the community, through schemes such as ClubGRANTS. 

Who will step in and fill the enormous financial void left by mandatory pre-commitment?  This flawed policy would see millions of dollars diverted away from local communities and charitable organisations.
